Folder activity
The folder activity page is the history of a folder. It records the actions that happen inside the folder and its content, so you can see who did what and when. It is the same source that feeds the notifications you receive for a folder.
Opening the activity
Open the action menu of a root folder and choose Activities. The page shows the activity of that folder as a paginated table, most recent first.
What the table shows
Each row is one event. The table has these columns:
Kinds of events
Activity is logged for the folder itself and for the objects it contains. Events cover these object types:
- Folders
- Scenarios
- Notes
- Documents
- Resources
- Chat messages
- Users
For each of these, the recorded action is one of create, update, delete or trash.
Filtering the activity
Use the search panel to narrow the list. You can filter by object type, action type, object name, title and creation date. Enable Include sub-folders to also show events from the folder's sub-folders, not only the root folder.
