The Space dashboard is the administration overview of your current space. It brings together the space's identity and settings, its storage usage and default storage locations, and a set of additional configuration options. It lives in the Space management area and is oriented toward space administrators.
Space overview
The top of the dashboard shows the space's core details:
- Space photo — the image representing the space. It can be uploaded (cropped to a square) or removed.
- Space name — shown as the title. Space admins can edit it directly inline.
- Space type — the type of space (for example personal or enterprise), with an icon and description.
- Domain — the space's domain.
Space admins also get two admin actions in this section: Request new licences, which opens a form to request additional licences for the space, and Delete space, which permanently removes the space after confirmation.
Storage usage
The Storage usage card summarises how much of the space's cloud storage is being used. A circular gauge shows the used percentage, and the used amount is displayed against the total limit (for example used bytes / limit). When usage passes 80%, the gauge switches to a warning colour to signal that the space is approaching its limit.
Below the gauge, the card shows the space's default folder storage location and, when configured, the default folder backup storage location. These are the storage buckets applied by default to folders created in the space.

Other settings
The dashboard's other settings page lists the space's bucket credentials — the credentials used to connect the space to its object storage. Each entry is shown in a table so administrators can review the credentials configured for the current space.
