Folders
The Folders tab of Space management gives an administrator a single, space-wide view of every folder and hierarchy object in the space. Unlike a user's personal folders view, which only shows the folders shared with that user, this tab lists all objects across the whole space in one searchable table.
What the tab shows
The objects are listed in a paginated table. Each row shows the following columns:
- Name — the name of the folder or hierarchy object.
- User — the user the object belongs to.
- Last modified — when the object was last changed.
- Tags — the tags attached to the object.
- Status — status icons for the object, including a trash indicator.
- Actions — a per-row menu for administration actions.
Objects are sorted by name by default. Click a row to open the object, or open it in a new tab with a middle-click.
Searching and filtering
An advanced search form lets an admin narrow the list down across the entire space. The available filters are:
- Name — match objects whose name contains the text entered.
- User — restrict to objects belonging to a specific user.
- Object type — filter by the type of hierarchy object.
- Created date — filter by a creation-date range (from / to).
- Include trash objects — also include objects that are in the trash.
- Id — locate a single object by its identifier.
Administration actions
From each row's action menu, an admin can move an object to the trash or restore an object that is already in the trash. Removing or restoring an object updates the table in place.
