Aggregated Quality Control Report
Create aggregate bioinformatics analysis reports across many samples
MultiQC is a tool that allows the aggregation and summarization of results from multiple bioinformatics analyses in a single report. It simplifies the task of analyzing large datasets by automatically generating interactive and visually appealing reports. It collects summary statistics from existing summary files, it does not run any QC analysis itself. You still have to run other QC tools before such as the "Quality Control" task.
