Dashboards for Bricks Pipelines

We have developed dedicated dashboards to simplify the use of Bricks and their associated tasks. With these dashboards, you now have access to a full end-to-end pipeline within a single interface:

• Run new pipelines from start to finish
• Monitor progress step by step
• View results directly in the same application

This integration makes Constellab more accessible, especially for users who want to explore and reuse existing pipelines. Since pipelines are often complex and involve multiple dependencies, the dashboards also make it easier to visualize the hierarchy of steps and understand how components fit together.

As before, you can still enter a scenario if you need more detailed information or want to perform advanced actions.

Who Are the Dashboards For?

• New users: a simple, guided way to run pipelines without needing to know all technical details.
• Advanced users: a faster way to track runs, explore results thanks to structured views of dependencies and statuses.

Available Dashboards

Two dashboards are currently available:

• Gena Dashboard : app and documentation
• Ubiome Brick Dashboard : app and documentation

How It Works

The dashboards all follow the same logic:

• Retrieve previous analyses
• An analysis represents a complete pipeline run.
• You can see the status of the latest scenario for each step in the pipeline.
• Explore details
• Click on an analysis (or even a specific step) to view its full details.
• When you select an analysis, you’ll be taken directly to the corresponding step.
• Run new analyses
• For each step, you can launch a new analysis by filling in the required parameters and inputs.
• Previous runs and their results are always accessible for comparison.
• Visualize results
• Each step comes with tailored visualizations, which may include:
• Interactive plots
• Tables with filters and sorting
• Constellab resources, such as networks for exploring metabolic pathways
