Community agent

How to share an agent in Community?


To share an agent in Community, follow these steps:


  1. Open your Data Lab.
    1. Refer to the documentation to download the agent JSON file: How to download an agent file ?
      1. After downloading the file, open Community.
        1. Go to the Agent list page.
          1. Click on the  button "Create agent".
            1. A dialog named Create agent will open.
              1. Enter the desired title for your Community agent.
                1. Choose the Community agent visibility:Public or Space.If you choose Space, select the desired space.
                  1. Click on the Import agent version file button.
                    1. Import the downloaded agent JSON file.
                      1. Click the Create button.
                        1. After creation, you'll be redirected to the first draft version page of the Community agent.
                          1. On this page, you can edit information and change configurations (parameters, code, etc.).
                            1. Once ready to publish and share, click on the Publish button at the top of the page.
                              1. Your Community agent's first version will then be published.

                                How to add a new version to a Community agent in Community?


                                To add a new version to a Community agent, follow these steps:


                                1. Open your Community.
                                  1. Go to the Agents list page.
                                    1. (Optional) Click on the My agents button to see only the Community agents you have edit rights for. This also shows your unpublished Community agents.
                                      1. (Optional) Use the filters by Visibility and Title to quickly find the desired Community agent.
                                        1. Select the Community agent you wish to update by clicking on it from the list, which will take you to the Agent page.
                                          1. In the Versions list panel on the left side of the Community agent page, click on the + button.
                                            1. Import the agent version JSON file to create a new draft version for your Community agent.
                                              1. You will be redirected to the new draft version page of your Community agent. Here, you can edit information about the version and its configuration (e.g., parameters, code).
                                                1. Click on Publish to make the new draft version of your Community agent live.

                                                  Your new version of the Community agent will be published.



                                                  How to delete a version of a Community agent?


                                                  To delete a version of a Community agent, follow these steps:


                                                  1. Open Community.
                                                    1. Go to the Agent page of the Community agent whose version you want to delete.
                                                      1. Locate the Community Agent Versions List panel on the left side of the page.
                                                        1. Click on the version you want to delete. This will redirect you to the desired Community agent version page.
                                                          1. Click on the trash icon to initiate the deletion process.
                                                            1. Confirm your action in the confirm dialog to delete the version of the Community agent.

                                                              To delete a Community agent, follow these steps:


                                                              1. Open Community.
                                                                1. Go to the Agent page of the Community agent you wish to delete.
                                                                  1. Click on the trash icon to initiate the deletion process.
                                                                    1. Confirm your action in the confirm dialog to delete the Community agent.
