About
This PoC application showcases a list of peptides and provides a first interactive view of their key properties. The goal is to offer a simple, extensible interface that can later be enriched with additional visualisations and analytics.
📋Peptide list view
A table displaying one row per peptide with the following columns:
- Peptide ID – unique identifier of the peptide
- Sequence (Aligned) – amino acid sequence, displayed in an aligned format for easier comparison
- Structure – link or thumbnail to the predicted/known structure (e.g. 2D/3D representation)
- Assay Activity – qualitative or categorical activity result (e.g. Active / Inactive / Partial)
- IC50 (nM) – quantitative activity value in nanomolar
- Graph – small sparkline or icon opening a detailed activity/structure plot
🔍Peptide detail panel (coming soon)
Clicking on a peptide opens a side panel or detail page showing:
- Full aligned sequence
- Enlarged structure view
- Assay details and IC50 curve or bar
- Download options (e.g. CSV, JSON, structure file)
📈Activity graph (per peptide) : coming soon
A simple graph (e.g. curve or bar) representing assay activity or IC50 profile, used as a first visual insight.
Evolution (next steps):
The PoC is designed to be extended with additional visualisations (sequence logos, similarity maps, clustering views, 3D interactive structures, etc.) without changing the core data model.
