Fix unsync experiment and report

This live task fixes experiments and report that were synced then removed from project (which unsync the experiment or report).

To use if you have the error : 'You can't change the project of an experiment that has been synced. Please unlink the experiment from the project first.' (for experiment or report)

After that the experiment or report is in an unstable state were the project can't be updated because it consider the object is still synced. 

This task removes the sync information (as this was unsync) so the object can be transferred to another project.
