The Scenarios page
The Scenarios page is the central place to browse, manage, and create scenarios in your lab.
The page displays a table listing your scenarios with the following columns:
Click on a scenario row to open its detail page.
At the top right of the page, two buttons let you create or import scenarios:
- Create new scenario — Create a new empty scenario. A dialog opens where you can set the scenario name and folder.
- Import scenario from lab — Import a scenario from another lab using a share link.
How to search and filter scenarios
The Scenarios page provides a search sidebar on the right side to help you find specific scenarios. You can filter scenarios using the following options:
- Title: Search by the scenario name.
- Folders: Select a folder to show only the scenarios it contains. The folder panel is expanded by default.
- Tags: Filter scenarios by one or more tags. You can also click on a tag directly in the scenario table to filter by that tag.
For more filtering options, expand the Advanced search panel. It includes:
- Status: Filter by the scenario status (e.g., Draft, Running, Success, Error, Partially run).
- Scenario creation type: Filter by how the scenario was created — Manual, Auto (automatically generated), or Imported (from another lab).
- Created by: Filter by the user who created the scenario.
- Id: Search by the scenario's unique identifier.
- Process type: Filter scenarios that contain a specific type of process.
- Creation date: Filter by a date range.
- Last modified date: Filter by a date range.
- Exclude validated: When checked, excludes validated scenarios from the results.
- Include archived: When checked, includes archived scenarios in the results.
The search panel also provides predefined saved searches at the top: Current scenarios (selected by default) shows only active, non-validated scenarios that were manually created or imported, and All scenarios shows every scenario in your lab including archived ones.
