How to create a Community Tag?

To create a Community Tag, follow these steps:

1. Open Community.
2. Go to the Community Tags List page.
3. Click on the ➕ Create button.
4. In the dialog that appears, enter the desired label for your Community Tag.
5. Enter the desired technical name for your Community Tag. This will serve as the key of the tag if you import it into a lab.
6. Select the visibility of your tag:If 'public', your tag will be visible to everyone, and they can use it in their labs.If 'space', choose the desired space, and only members of that space will be able to view and use your Community Tag.
7. When setting visibility:A 'public' tag will have the prefix 'pu_' added to its technical name.A 'space' tag will have the prefix 'sp_' along with a unique code added to its technical name.
8. A draft version of your Community Tag will be created, and you will be redirected to its page.
9. On the tag's page, you can:Set the description of your tag.Add additional information specifications.Create predefined values for your Community Tag.
10. To publish your Community Tag, click on the Publish button visibile at the top of a draft Community tag page.

How to import a Community Tag in my lab?

To import a Community Tag into your lab and attach it to an Entity, follow these steps:

1. Open your Data Lab.
2. Navigate to the Entity you wish to attach the tag to.
3. Open the Tags dialog of your entity.
4. In the Add Tags section, search for the desired Community Tag by its technical name.
5. Select the Community Tag from the search results.
6. Choose a value for the Community Tag.
7. The Community Tag will then be imported into your lab with all its predefined values.
